The form stores this data and the consent date in our database so we can reply, understand which channel originated the inquiry and manage its commercial follow-up. Only the studio administrator can view these records, in the private panel. We may also receive a notification by email. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, a prepared message opens and you confirm the sending there.
The data of a payment or subscription is stored in our database, only to manage that order: to identify it, to confirm when Mercado Pago approves the charge and to contact you about the project or the hosting service.
The request sent from the form is stored on our server and may generate a notification to our email. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp (Meta) or by email, the communication is also shared with the provider of that channel. To process a payment or a subscription, your name, email and the amount are shared with Mercado Pago, which is the one that actually charges — we neither see nor store card data. We do not transfer or sell information to third parties for commercial purposes.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed to reply to you and follow up on your inquiry; you can ask us to delete them when they are no longer needed. Records of orders and subscriptions are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for the time required by the applicable tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete them when there is no longer a legal reason to keep them (see "Your rights").
Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of the data you have sent us by writing to lucaspirelli7@gmail.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública) is the supervisory authority on the matter.
This site uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) and OpenPanel to understand which sections are visited and which steps are completed (for example, opening a plan or starting a payment), without identifying you personally. Google Analytics uses its own cookies to tell visits apart. We do not send these tools your name, email or contact or payment details, and we do not use this data for advertising purposes. You can block them from your browser settings or with an extension. Your light/dark theme and language choice are stored only in your browser. The initial visit source is kept for the duration of the session and is sent to our database together with the form only if you choose to submit an inquiry.
